與身體對話其實是與自己對話。生活中我們太習慣把事情外化，重視別人怎麼想而忽略了自己的話語權，時間久了，甚至忘記了自己其實有話想說… 但當我們無話可說，身體卻不停用力在靈魂拷問 – 頭痛、肩頸比石頭硬、皮膚敏感、胃痛、失眠、膝頭痛等等。這些被冠名”都市病”很正常的生活態度讓我們更難愛惜自己… 這次製造的空間是希望給大家每星期一次讓自己按一下在生活中的慢鏡，聆聽身體、聆聽自己。 是此工作坊會以自我探索的主題作為基礎，以8節的網上短期小組（close group) 體驗並介紹什麼是心理劇心理治療。心理劇小組當中會使用到不同的小技巧，包括具體呈現（Concretization)、角色交換（Role Reversal)、代入（Doubling)、鏡像 (Mirroring) 等等，適合助人專業的同窗認識及了解。 今次小組的重點除了讓大家體驗什麼是心理劇，示範技巧之外，更著重於組員的完整體驗及個人成長，所以出席要求是全程出席。如果你對這個題目有興趣或好奇什麼是心理劇，歡迎你來參加這個小組。讓我們予學習於自我關愛，一起呼吸並探索自我，製造可以關注自己的空間，而不只是為別人而努力。 帶領者：張思勤 （英國心理劇心理治療師）對象：任何18歲以上人士 （無須任何經驗）語言：廣東話日期：2024年5月20, 27日; 6月3,10,17,24日; 7月8,15日時間：8:00 – 10:00 pm HKT ; 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm BST 地點：網上 ZOOM 形式名額：12位 （先到先得，額滿即止，完成後有電子版出席證明書）費用： HKD $1,680 ; GBP £175 More details & application
